Handsome Gene

Gene is a sweet, playful (for moments) and laid back boy. He can be content to sleep the day away, or up for an adventure. Gene will be your best friend. Look how darn handsome he is too! Gene is looking for a special someone to call his own, will it be you? How can you resist??? :)

Ready for His Furever Home

It's been about 4 or 5 weeks and Gene has settled in amazingly.  You'd think he was one of my pack.  He has our schedule and the rules and regs of the house down pat.  He knows whose bowl is whose (and not to eat anyone else's food), he knows that there are no dogs in my kitchen, no potty in the house and even when snack time is.  He gives me a good staring every night right around 9 for that one.

What have I learned about Gene these past few weeks?  That he is still a puppy that loves to have fun.  He is sweet and relaxed most of the time, but he loves a good play time with a squeaky toy daily, as well. If you're not the playful type though, no worries, he's content to play with you or with himself.  I've learned he also loves to chase frisbees, too.  Just don't expect his to bring it back to you :)

Gene has adopted the chaise as his bed.  Every night at bed time he climbs up on it and gives me that "please let me stay look."  No need to imagine what that "look" looks like.  I've got it for you right here:
